Pop a Top™

The Pop a Top™ is your standard product case packaging converted by ABOT to an easy open box with a “pop  top”.

ABOT™ cost effectively eliminates the need for personnel to use dangerous box cutters and razor blades to open boxes for restocking.  When cases are dispatched from distribution, ABOT™ precuts boxes leaving just enough material to hold the panels in place for easy removal by hand.

ABOT creates Pop a Top™ boxes from many corrugated packaging types regardless of sealing styles. The highly accurate motion and programmable blade depths keep your contents safe.

Tab points and scoring is fully programmable insuring structural integrity of the package and strain free top removal.

ABOT can be optionally equipped  with bar code scanners and interface software to verify order picks as boxes are processed. The bar code can also signal ABOT to a particular programmed cut pattern or corrugated thickness changing the cut program and depth  of cut accordingly.
